Returns
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@mirihy.com. Our team will provide you with further instructions on returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in processing the exchange and provide further instructions on returning the original item.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a replacement or providing a full refund.
